Most of Neos Productions' new talent comes from referrals by satisfied Neos artists. Another way of discovering new talent is through music competitions. The "Hawaii's Ticket To Fame" compilation is the result of a song contest which was a joint effort between Neos and the popular "Sassy/G" magazine. Winning singer/song writers on Oahu were awarded an opportunity to work with a professional team to produce and record their original songs. One way Neos Productions introduces new talent is through a series of highly successful compilation albums which feature hit songs by popular island artists as well as chart toppers by international stars such as Big Mountain, Aswad, Jimmy Clliff, Wayne Wonder, Maxi Priest, Bitty Mclean, Gregory Isaacs and Pepper. The immensley popular "Reggae In Paradise" compilation series features island hits such as Fiji's "Sweet Darlin," Oshen's "Cool Fever," Pati's "Why Don't We," The Mana'o Company's "Sweet Reggae Woman," Justin's "Shake Me," and Natural Vibrations "Put A Little Love," along with international hits. Mixing cutting edge island reggae with world reknown classics such as "Baby I Love Your Way," by Big Mountain, "Private Beach Party," by Gregory Isaacs, "Forever Be Mine," by Bitty Mclean, and "Wonderful World, Beautiful People," by Jimmy Cliff, these collections provide the perfect introduction to the new listener and a feast for the ears for the reggae music lover.
